This website is run by Xelentor Technologies Private Limited, a company based in India ("Xelentor", "we", "us"). Our address is shown in the footer of every page. We decide how the personal information described here is used. You can reach us at info@xelentor.com.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us run the website and answer your enquiries: our hosting, email and scheduling providers (including Microsoft for booking calls), Google for analytics if you accept analytics cookies and the colleagues who work on your request.
Moving information between countries
We are based in India and our providers work in other countries too. This means your information can be handled outside the country where you live, including outside the EU, the EEA and the UK. When the law requires it, we put approved safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above. That includes answering your enquiry, running a project, meeting legal, tax and accounting rules and settling any dispute. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- limit how we use it or stop using it;
- give you a copy you can take elsewhere.
If we use your information because you agreed to it, you can withdraw that agreement at any time. To use any of these rights, write to info@xelentor.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
